Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

Returns made within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original method used for payment ( no exceptions ).  Only merchandise purchased on shoelabbrentwood.com are potentially eligible for return. 

Unless sold originally as ‘Free Returns’ all orders are subject to a $6.95 restocking fee.  This fee will be charged only once per order.  Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

    1) Return via mail:

            ● You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.
            ● Please allow 4-5 business days for your refund to be initiated

    2) Return in-person with Happy Returns:
            ● Refund initiated immediately upon drop-off
            ● Thousands of locations nationwide
            ● Start your return online and choose the Returns Bar option to receive a QR code & further directions

     Reminder: All Items must be returned in original shoeboxes in new, unworn condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact customer service for issues related to damages, workmanship and mis-shipped items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please Note: Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
